کیا صرف ٹیکنالوجی لگا دینے سے ٹرانسپیرنسی و شفافیت حاصل ہو جاتی ہے؟

My dear PM, technology in itself is not a panacea. Technology is as good as the people using it! 

1- کیا اربوں خرچ کر کے RTS ٹیکنالوجی لگانے سے 2018 میں انتخابات شفاف ہو گئے تھے؟ 

2- کیا اربوں روپے کے کراچی میں کیمرے کی ٹیکنالوجی لگا لینے سے شفافیت حاصل ہو گئی تھی؟ کتنے مجرم ان کیمروں سے پکڑے گئے؟

3- کیا AGPR میں اربوں روپے خرچ کر کے SAP لگوانے والے PIFRA پراجیکٹ سے کرپشن ختم ہو گئی؟ کیا ہم کو شفافیت سے تمام vendor payments کا ڈیٹا عوام کو دکھایا گیا ہے؟

5- کیا ہزاروں ارب روپے لگا کر PRAL کے ٹیکس رٹرنز آٹومیشن کی ٹیکنالوجی سے شفافیت آگئی؟ کیا ٹیکس لیکیج کم ہو گئیں؟ کیا ہم تمام پراپرٹی اونرشپ کا ڈیٹا امریکہ برطانیہ کی طرح دیکھ سکتے ہیں؟

4- کیا اسلامآباد میں سینکڑوں ارب خرچ کر کے ہزاروں کیمروں کی ٹیکنالوجی کی موجودگی سے اغوا کار اور قاتلانہ حملہ آور پکڑے گئے؟ کیا ان واردات کے دوران کی وڈیوز پبلک میں شفافیت کے ساتھ نظر آئیں؟

My dear technology lovers, having a technology doesn't mean you know how to use it. Technology is as
good as the people using it. Benefits of technology are in proportion to the competence of its users.
Having a hammer does not mean you can hammer a nail in the wall, having Word doesn't mean you know how to use paragraph styles. Using Excel does not mean you know how to use vlookup or use macros. Having a camera does not mean you can take a good Pic.... I have hundred of such examples
